If anything occurs in your property and something has been damaged; our housekeepers will alert us as soon as they notice the problem. We then assess on a case-by-case basis.
Kanor properties are insured of sums up to $1M dollars, by Air Hosts ‘Host Liability Insurance’ in the event significant damage caused to the property by the tenants.
Please note; that light wear and tear is to be expected and isn’t considered damage.
